Welcome to "Grow + Glow", 

​

I've created this place for anyone who needs to know they are not alone. My intentions are to spread kindness, love, and support through my work and actions. 

 

I started journaling after my dad passed away from cancer in July 2018 as a way to cope with many, many emotions. I decided to post one of my journals as a blog on "theodysessy.com" and got feedback I never imagined I'd receive. If my pain, laughter, and journey can help even just one soul to feel loved, heard, and not alone, I will accomplish my goal.

"Grow & Glow" felt like the perfect title because in order to glow from the inside out, you have to grow through your lessons, trials, and obstacles first.

I am so glad you are here. You and your happiness matter to me. Your growth matters to me.
